To the photo that clearly expresses relevance to the chosen topic through its ability to excite and capture the viewer’s attention and interest.
To the title that clearly and succinctly expresses the central point of the subject.
To the caption which describe the photo in a manner that further promotes interest in the subject matter.
To the commentary that is the most relevant, well informed and presents the most rational but insightful views on the subject matter.
